4. Material not unloaded from transporting vehicle. <br /> 5. Defective Work not accepted by QA/QC CONSULTANT, DESIGN <br /> ENGINEER, or OWNER. <br /> 6. Material remaining on hand after completion of Work. <br /> 1.8 PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR STORED MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT <br /> A. No partial payments will be made for materials and equipment delivered or stored <br /> unless required Submittals have been submitted and approved by the QA/QC <br /> CONSULTANT. <br /> B. Final Payment will be made only for products incorporated in Work; remaining <br /> products for which partial payments have been made, shall revert to <br /> CONTRACTOR unless otherwise agreed, and partial payments made for those <br /> items will be deducted from final payment. <br /> 1.9 FINAL APPLICATION FOR PAYMENT <br /> A. Reference Agreement Conditions, Section 01700, CONTRACT CLOSEOUT, and <br /> as may otherwise be required in the Contract Documents. <br /> B. Prior to submitting final application, make acceptable delivery of required <br /> documents and submittals. <br /> 1.10 VALUES OF UNIT PRICES <br /> A. The number of units and quantities contained on the Bid Form are approximate <br /> only, and final payment will be made for the actual number of units and quantities <br /> that are incorporated or made necessary by the Work included in this Contract. <br /> B. In the event that Work and materials or equipment are required to be furnished to <br /> a greater or lesser extent than is indicated by the Construction Drawings and <br /> Specifications, such Work and materials or equipment shall be furnished in <br /> greater or lesser quantities. <br /> C. CONTRACTOR shall quote in the spaces provided on the Bid Form unit costs for <br /> the items of Work noted. All unit costs quoted shall be for installed, completely <br /> finished items of Work and shall include overhead and profit, taxes, and so on, so <br /> that they are the complete price to the OWNER. It is hereby established that these <br /> units shall not apply to Work which the CONTRACTOR may elect to do or not <br /> do, for the sake of his own convenience, nor shall they apply for Work required to <br /> be performed in order to correct errors committed by the CONTRACTOR. <br /> 1.11 ADDITIONS, CHANGES, OR DELETIONS <br /> A. Should OWNER elect to add, change, or delete any quantity of Work shown or <br /> specified for on the Bid Form, measurement for payment shall be based on field <br /> measure and payment or decrease in Contract Price shall be made based on the <br /> unit prices shown on the Bid Form multiplied by the actual change in quantity for <br /> each Bid item affected as shown on the Bid Form. <br /> B. Changes and extra Work ordered by the OWNER will be measured and paid for in <br /> accordance with the requirements in the Agreement Conditions. <br /> Forward Landfill WMU FU-04 <br /> 01200 3 PRICE AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES <br />
