2. The price quoted shall include full compensation for furnishing all labor, <br /> equipment, materials, submittals, tools, accessories and incidentals, and for <br /> performing all Work specified including, but not limited to, installing, <br /> perforating, retrofitting, seaming, repairing, protection, placing cushion <br /> geotextile under 18-inch leachate riser pipes, and all QA/QC <br /> documentation required to complete the Work in accordance with Section <br /> 02535, LEACHATE PIPES, of these Specifications and the Construction <br /> Drawings, and as directed by the QA/QC CONSULTANT. <br /> 4.5 FILTER GEOTEXTILE (SUPPLIED BY GEOSYNTHETICS CONTRACTOR AND <br /> INSTALLED BY EARTHWORK CONTRACTOR) <br /> A. Measurement: <br /> 1. Measurement for installing the Filter Geotextile shall be by the square foot <br /> on the basis of dimensions shown on the Construction Drawings, or, if the <br /> Construction Drawing dimensions are modified by the OWNER, DESIGN <br /> ENGINEER or QA/QC CONSULTANT, on the basis of as-built surveys, <br /> excluding joint overlap and wasteage. <br /> 2. Quantities will be calculated by the planar area (i.e. not corrected for slope) <br /> of the base of the landfill cell. For the portion of WMU FU-04 that overlies <br /> the former Austin Road Landfill, quantities will be calculated based on the <br /> planar area of the Filter Geotextile placed above and below the granular <br /> drainage material. No separate measurement shall be made for Filter <br /> Geotextile installed in the sumps, leachate collection trenches, anchor <br /> trenches, protection of the leading edge of the geomembrane, and for <br /> runouts, terminations, and tie-ins. <br /> B. Payment: <br /> 1. Payment for installing the Filter Geotextile shall be by the unit price per <br /> square foot quoted in the Bid Form. <br /> 2.
