2. Sanitary facilities include enclosed chemical toilets and washing facilities. These facilities shall meet the requirements of local public health standards. Open pit or trench latrines will not be permitted. 3. Sanitary facilities shall be located as approved by the OWNER and shall be maintained in a sanitary condition during the entire course of the Work. B. Electric Power: 1. Electric power is not available at the site. CONTRACTOR must supply his own power. C. Water: 1. The CONTRACTOR must provide his own potable water at the site. Construction water will be provided by OWNER at the main water well located next to the landfill scales. D. Telephone: 1. The CONTRACTOR shall provide his own telephone service. 1.4 CONTRACTOR'S USE OF PREMISES A. Lands furnished by OWNER upon which CONTRACTOR shall perform the Work are as shown on Construction Drawings. B. Rights-of-way and easements for access to such lands furnished by OWNER are as shown on Construction Drawings. C. Encumbrances or restrictions specifically related to the use of OWNER-furnished lands are as shown on Construction Drawings. 1.5 PROTECTION OF WORK AND PROPERTY A. Comply with OWNER's safety rules while on OWNER's property. B. Keep OWNER informed of serious accidents on the site and related claims. C. Security Fence: a. CONTRACTOR shall provide required security fencing for the CONTRACTOR's materials and equipment. Use of the OWNER's fenced area shall be at the CONTRACTOR's own risk, and the OWNER shall not be held liable for any damage to or loss of materials or equipment located within the fenced area.
