The one exception is the Harney Lane Sanitary Landfill which is <br /> currently in closure and accepted no waste during 1994. The French Camp Sanitary <br /> Landfill is a Class III site, and receives only tree trimmings and yard clippings from the City <br /> of Stockton. Forward Inc. Sanitary Landfill is a Class II and Class III <br /> landfill/treatment/recycling facility. It accepts certain designated wastes such as asbestos, <br /> contaminated soil, ash, treated wood waste, and sewage and sludge, in addition to <br /> S <br /> r <br />
