COVERED LOAD POLICY: <br /> All loads arriving at County disposal sites are required to be properly tarped as part of the <br /> County's Vehicle Tarping Program. Users who arrive with uncovered loads in pickup <br /> trucks and utility trailers have the option of paying a double disposal fee or purchasing a <br /> tarp. All other uncovered loads are charged a double disposal fee. <br /> G. WASTE DIVERSION PROGRAMS AT DISPOSAL SITES: <br /> As part of its integrated waste management planning, the County diverts recyclable <br /> materials at its disposal sites wherever practical.
