GSE: 544E John Deere Loader,Gradall. <br /> NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): <br /> Guinn Crew: 7 total GSE Crew: 12 total <br /> Guinn continued to grade the GDM utilizing the D411 and the DSM. Guinn continues to place geotextile and <br /> operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn utilized the grader to blade subgrade material into <br /> the anchor trench on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. Guinn compacted the anchor trench with the 966 <br /> loader filled with soil. The single lift was compacted and tested with passing results. Guinn had the water <br /> truck moisture condition the operations material at the stockpile. Guinn ran over and damaged the ADS pipe <br /> with a scraper.Guinn did not clean the GDM from the operations layer edge when they started pushing out <br /> new operations layer material. CQA stopped Guinn from placing any unsuitable material. Guinn <br /> dragged the material off of the geotextile with the D5H Dozer. CQA 'inspected the geotextile and found 2 <br /> holes needing repaired. Guinn cleaned and repaired the geotextile that was damaged. <br /> GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane between the Eastern slope of cell WMU D-99 and the Ashpit and on <br /> the southern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed 26 panels of GCL with approximately 19,098ft2 and <br /> 14 panels of HST geomembrane with a total of 19,103W. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed placement of GDM, geotextile and the operations layer material. <br /> CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs, seaming,overlap and air testing made to the <br /> geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 1 destructive sample with all meeting <br /> the required specifications. Observed and tested backfilling of the anchor trench.
