Guinn placed <br /> geotextile over the portions of approved GDM on the eastern edge of the cell floor. Guinn then placed <br /> operations layer material on the eastern edge of the cell floor.Guinn ran out of geotextile material today. <br /> Scott with Vector will order moregeotextile. Guinn completed placement of the 3"pipe by placing 40' of <br /> solid pipe on the southwestern edge of the Ashpit geomembrane down to the V channel. Guinn started <br /> placement of the vegetative cover on the south slope of the Ashpit. Guinn placed material from the earthfill <br /> stockpile on the access road and material from the leachate impoundment on the slope. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA attended construction meeting.
