Guinn started to <br /> place the bench material starting from the western edge of the l'bench to the south of cell WMU D-99. <br /> Guinn continues to utilize the material from the earthfill stockpile as vegetative and bench material. Guinn is <br /> excavating the leachate impoundment pond area and stockpiling the wooded material in Allieds stockpile. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA observed excavation of the leachate pond area,placement of geotextile under <br /> the plywood on the western edge of the l�`bench,cover material placement on the l'`bench and placement <br /> of vegetative cover material.
