Guinn continued to <br /> place bench material on the I"bench to the south of cell WMU D-99 and placed bench berm material on the <br /> 3rd bench on the eastern slope. Guinn continues to utilize the material from the earthfill stockpile as <br /> vegetative and bench berm material. Guinn is excavating the leachate impoundment pond area and <br /> stockpiling the wooded material on top of Allieds stockpile. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc.
