Guinn completed the south slope up to the berm at the hinge point. Guinn <br /> continued to excavate the material from the leachate impoundment pond area. Allied directed Guinn to place <br /> the wooded material over the clay mixing pad. The water truck continues to moisture condition the haul <br /> roads and all work areas. Guinn brought 2 rolls of geotextile to be placed as the waste sheets under the <br /> plywood at the future tie in. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc.
