Guinn is utilizing 1-623, 1-633 scrapers,D4,D5 <br /> Cat dozers and the 140G grader to excavate and grade the pond area. The water truck continues to moisture <br /> condition the haul roads and all work areas. Guinn placed geotextile under the plywood and cover it with <br /> general earthfill on the eastern slopes termination berm on cell Vt MU D-88. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Attended the construction meeting with representatives from Allied, Guinn and <br /> Vector. Observed the excavation of the leachate impediment area.
