Guinn utilized the <br /> excavator to cut the north west comer slope and the sump per plans. Guinn utilized the 140G grader to finish <br /> grade the pond floor to I%of flow towards the sump. Guinn smooth drum rolled the floor. Guinn completed, <br /> grading and track walking of the south slope Ashpit vegetative cover. The water truck continues to moisture <br /> condition the material for fill and all of the haul roads. Guinn tough graded the cell floor for the surveyors <br /> who are to be on site tomorrow in the a.m. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed grading and excavation of the leachate impoundment pond and the <br /> vegetative cover material.
