Guinn continued to excavate and grade the leachate impoundment <br /> pond floor and slopes. Guinn utilized the 140G grader to finish grade the pond slopes. Guinn compacted the <br /> pond floor with the smooth drum roller. The water truck continues to moisture condition the material for fill <br /> and all of the haul roads. Guinn brought in 3 laborers to work on rounding all of the comers on the pond that <br /> will get lined and to patch voids on the slopes. Guinn utilized a ditch witch to excavate the trench for the <br /> Iysiometer tubing. Guinn augured the 4 holes for the lysiometers. Guinn started excavation of the anchor <br /> trench around the leachate pond. Guinn placed and covered the plywood underlined by geotextile on the top <br /> deck west end,the berm on the south top and northern slope of the Ashpit. Guinn started placement of 0 <br /> Earthfill on the northwest slope termination berm and the top deck of the Ashpit.Dewalt did topo shoots on <br /> the leachate impoundment pond and the operation layer material. Dewalt also shoot the liner termination <br /> points. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed grading on the leachate impoundment slopes. Placement of earthfill on <br /> the Ashpit to construct the northwest termination berm.
