The water truck continues to moisture condition all over the site. Guinn brought in and welded the <br /> 12"riser pipe for the sump in the leachate impoundment pond and Guinn welded the drop inlet for the <br /> leachate collection system. Guinn continues to construct the western berm with earthfill. Guinn started <br /> placing earthfill on the east slopes 2d bench above the cell floor. <br /> GSE arrived on site in a.m. GSE filled sandbags and started deployment of the GCL and the secondary liner <br /> system in the leachate 'impoundment pond. GSE deployed a total of 26 panels GCL totaling approximately <br /> 9,958ft2. GSE deployed a total of 16 panels of 60 mil smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 9,558 fl <br /> All Panels were welded and aiested. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed placement of the operations layer material on the Ashpit. Observed and <br /> logged GCL and Liner placement.
