Guinn continued to construct the western berm along cell WMU D-99. Guinn utilized the grader to <br /> finish grade the top deck of the Ashpit. Guinn constructed the northwestern berm of the Ashpit. The water <br /> truck continues to moisture condition all over the site. <br /> GSE deployed GCL and secondary liner system in the leachate impoundment pond. GSE lined the sump area <br /> today. GSE deployed a total of 33 panels GCL totaling approximately 34,891fe. GSE deployed a total of 12 <br /> panels of 60 mil smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 34,839f 2. GSE performed repairs,vacuum <br /> tested and airtested all seams. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc. Observed placement and logged GCL and Liner panels, overlap, seaming, and <br /> repairs.
