GSE:Gradall John Deere 544 Loader. <br /> NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): <br /> Guinn Crew: 7 total GSE Crew: 12 total <br /> Guinn continued to place the first lift of earthfill in the anchor trench around the Leachate impoundment <br /> pond in areas approved by CQA. Guinn utilized the excavator to complete the anchor trench around the <br /> leachate impoundment pond. Guinn compacted below the southern roadway with the excavator. Guinn <br /> grader hit the geomembrane while cutting the 2%grade on the I"bench above cell WMU D-99. All <br /> materials were damaged and will need to be repaired. The water truck continues to moisture condition all <br /> over the site. <br /> GSE completed deployment of the secondary liner system in the leachate impoundment pond. GSE deployed <br /> a total of 16 panels of 60 mit smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 15,155fe. GSE completed <br /> repairs,vacuum tests and airtesting of all seams. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. Observed placement and logged GCL and Liner panels,overlap, seaming, and <br /> repairs. CQA observed backfilling of the anchor trench.
