NOTES(I)escribe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Monday May 24, 1999 Guinn—Guinn has the D6R and grader ripping the eastern slope and the southern slope from the 1"bench above the cell floor. Guinn is utilizing 1-623 and 2-633 paddle wheels to haul the clayey material to the clay mix stockpile. Guinn excavated the old LCRS pipe in the southeast corner of the cell with the excavator. Guinn placed some clayey material in the excavated hole. While excavating the southern slope Guinn over excavated Y. Guinn placed some clayey material for backfill and compacted to 90%. Allied—Allied is placing subgrade material on the southern slope of the Ashpit. Allied is hauling the material from WMU B to the Ashpit utilizing 2 rock trucks.Allied is utilizing the D4 and D8 to spread and track walk the material. Tuesday May 25, 1 999 Guinn—Guinn continues to utilize 2-633/1623 scrapers to excavate the material from the south end of Cell WMU D- 99. Guinn continues to place and moisture condition the stockpile. Guinn the D6R and the grader ripping the subgrade material.The water truck continues to perform dust control. Gumn utilized the excavator to expose the leachate line to the west of the cell. Allied—Allied is placing garbage and cover material from Cell WMU B as fill on the southeastern slope. Allied is utilizing an excavator to load 2 rock trucks to haul material from WMU B to the top and western slope of the Ashpit. Allied utilized the D8 and the smooth drum to compact the subgrade material. Wednesday May 26, 1999 Guinn—Guinn continues to utilized 1-623/2-633 paddle wheel scrapers to excavate the material from the south side of the cell and haul it to the stockpile. Guinn has the D6R ripping the subgrade material. Guinn has the grader cutting the 2:1 slope.The water truck continues to perform dust control and is moisturizing the stockpile as material is being placed. Guinn excavated the clay tie in along the sump area of Cell WMU D-98. Allied—Allied continues to work on subgrade preparation on the west slope of the Ashpit. Allied is utilizing an excavator to load 2 rock trucks to haul material from WMU B to the west slope.The material is being spread and track walked by a D4 and a D8 in approximately 8"loose lifts.
