NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solations): Monday May 31, 1999 Allied—Allied is placing garbage as subgrade fill on the southeast edge of cell WMU D-99. Tuesday June 1, 1999 Guinn—Griffin soils stabilization started the clay mix today. Griffin utilized 2 mixers and 2 water trucks.Griffin made 1 pass with a water truck hooked up to the mixer for moisture conditioning as the material is being processed. A 2°d pass by the 2nd mixer with out water for remix. Guinn utilized 2-633/1-623 paddle wheel scrapers to haul the clay and on site material suitable for the clay mix to the mixing pad.The soils were placed in approximately.75' on site soils to .25' for the Na=import clay. Guinn the grader level the top of each lift prior to placement of the subsequent lift. Guinn ues to excavate the material from the floor of Cell and the access ramp WMU D-99. Guinn has the D6R pushing scrapers through the clay and cutting the slopes of the access ramp in the southwest comer of cell WMU D-99. The water truck continues to perform dust control. Allied—Allied continues to work on the anchor trench area and subgrade preparation on the backside of the southeastern slope. Allied is utilizing garbage for fill in the heavy fill areas with daily cover from WMU B. Wednesday June 2, 1999 Guinn—Griffin soils stabilization completed the Narco clay mix today.Guinn utilized 2-633/1-623 paddle wheel scrapers to haul on site material suitable for the clay mix to the mixing pad. Guinn utilized the paddle wheels to haul the clay to the mixing pad.Between each lift Guinn had the grader level the top prior to placement of the subsequent lift. Guinn utilized the paddle wheel scrapers to excavate the material from the cell floor and the access ramp to the stockpiles.Guinn has the D6R ripping the subgrade material. Guinn has the grader cutting the 2:1 slope.The water truck continues to perform dust control and is moisturizing the stockpile as material is being placed. Allied—Allied continues to haul garbage for subgrade placement on the southeastern slope just east of the liner termination point.
