Page No. 2 <br /> Thursday June 3, 1999 <br /> Guinn—Guinn continues to excavate the cell floor material from the access ramp in the southwest corner of Cell WMU <br /> D-99.Guinn set up the laser and started to cut finish grade on the cell floor. Guinn continues to sort the material as it is <br /> stockpiled. Guinn utilized 1-623/2633 paddle wheel scrapers to excavate the material.The water truck continues to <br /> perform dust control. Guinn wheel rolled the clay stockpile with the loader to seal it. <br /> Allied-Allied continued to place garbage on the southeast edge of the eastern slope with daily cover <br /> material. Allied cut the flow line between the Ashpit and cell WMU D-88 to the southeastern comer of cell <br /> WMU D-99. <br /> Friday June 4, 1999 <br /> Guinn—Guinn continues to excavate the material from Cell WMU 13-99. Guinn continues to sort the material. Guinn <br /> utilized 1-623/2633 paddle wheel scrapers to excavate the material from the cell. Guinn set up the laser to cut grade on <br /> the cell floor. The water truck continues to perform dust control and is moisturizing the stockpile as material is being <br /> per• <br /> Allied—Allied continues to work on subgrade preparation on the eastern slope.
