Guinn continues to construct the southern roadway.The water truck <br /> continues to perform dust control and maintain moisture on the clay stockpile. <br /> Allied—Allied built the lay down pad for the liner being delivered today. Allied unloaded 4 track loads of material <br /> with 24 rolls of 8oz/geonet/8oz geocomposite,totaling 67,200 IV, 30 rolls of HST 60 mil liner totaling 351,000ft and <br /> 9 rolls of HDT 60 mil liner totaling 85,050ft <br /> Tuesday June 22, 1999 <br /> Guinn-Guinn continues to work on the final lift on the south end of the cell floor utilizing the laser to <br /> achieve the 2%flow towards the LCRS channel and the 1%towards the sump area. Guinn continues to <br /> excavate the LCRS channels running north to south. Guinn excavated the sump area to precipitate GCL <br /> placement instead of 2' of clay. Guinn had a laborer hand raking the slopes below the first bench on the east <br /> and south of the cell floor. Guinns grader broke down at 12:00p.m. Guinn will complete the clay tomorrow <br /> a.m. Guinn has the water truck maintaining moisture in clay and dust control around the site. <br /> Allied unloaded 1 load of 861 geotextile from GSE. <br /> Wednesday June 23, 1999 <br /> Guinn-Guinn continues to work on the cell floor utilizing grader and excavator to cut the LCRS channels. <br /> Guinn continues to have a laborer hand rake the slopes below the first bench on the east and south of the cell <br /> floor. Guinn wheel rolled the toe of the eastern slopes subgrade with the loader. Guinn has the water truck <br /> maintaining moisture in the clay and performing dust control all over the site. Guinn worked on the south <br /> roadway along the Ashpit for GCL panel placement. Dewalt was on site performing survey verification of <br /> clay thickness on the cell floor and LCRS collection V ditches.
