Page No. 2 Thursday June 24, 1999 Guinn—Guinn continues to work on the slopes below the first bench on the east and south of the cell floor. Guinn completed the clay liner system except for the final smooth drum rolling. Guinn utilized the excavator and the smooth drum roller to dress up the slope to cell floor transition grade. Guinn has the water truck maintaining moisture in the clay and performing dust control all over the site. Dewalt completed performing the survey verification of clay thickness and the asbuilt of the south roadway. Dewalt sent copies of the survey to Vector Engineering,Inc. for review. Allied unloaded GCL,Liner, Geocomposite,Geonet and stockpiled it at the lay down area. Friday June 25, 1999 Guinn—Guinn continues to work on the slopes below the first bench on the east and south of the cell floor. Guinn utilized the smooth drum roller to dress up the slope to cell floor transition grade on the south slope. Guinn pulled all of the hubs and the staking off of the slopes where liner is to be placed. Guinn smooth drum rolled portions of the cell floor and hand shoveled loose material out of the LCRS channels. Guinn has the water truck maintaining moisture in the clay and performing dust control all over the site. Guinn continued to grade and smooth drum roll portions of the site for GCL placement. Allied unloaded 1 load of GCL Liner and 1 load of geocomposite material. 0 Material delivered to site this week.
