Allied:Forklift.GSE: 544E John Deere Loader,Gradall. <br /> NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): <br /> Monday June 28, 1999 <br /> Guinn-Guinn continues to have the water truck maintain moisture in the clay on the cell floor and <br /> performing dust control all over the site. Guinn's water truck was on site all weekend maintaining moisture <br /> in the clay and on the subgrade slopes. <br /> GSE-GSE arrived on site at 7a.m. GSE had a safety meeting prior to starting any work. GSE filled sandbags <br /> for temporary anchorage of the liner. GSE started staging GCL on top of the top deck of the eastern slope of <br /> cell WMU D-99. <br /> Allied-Allied unloadedL liner. Allied continues to perform dust control on lay down area. <br /> Tuesday June 29, 1999 <br /> Guinn-Guinn continues to have the water truck maintain moisture in the clay on the cell floor and <br /> performing dust control all over the site. Guinn started making all of the necessary repairs to the subgrade <br /> materials. Guinn has laborers on site raking the slopes and removing any unsuitable materials found. Guinn <br /> has the grader working on the drop inlet to the southeast comer of cell WMU D-99. Guinn unloaded a load <br /> of HDPE pipe for the LCRS system and the Hancor solid and perforated pipe for the subdrain under the <br /> southern roadway. Guinn rented a vibratory plate to compact the liner tie in edge from the first bench down <br /> the slope to the cell floor. <br /> GSE-GSE continues to fill sandbags for temporary anchorage. GSE continues to stage GCL liner material <br /> on the top of the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE placed sandbags on the cell floor for future use. <br /> GSE unloaded 1 load of GCL material. <br /> Allied continues to perform dust control on lay down area. <br /> Wednesday June 30, 1999 <br /> Guinn-Guinn continues to have the water truck maintain moisture in the clay on the cell floor and <br /> performing dust control all over the site. Guinn utilized the compactor and a vibratory plate to compact the <br /> tie in below bench#1 on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. Guinn utilized a Ditch Witch to excavate the <br /> 3"trench on the southwestern slope of cell WMU D-99. (Per approval the trench will be 1' in width.). Guinn <br /> performed clean up around the cell and slopes by removing rocks and debris.
