NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Tuesday July 6, 1999 Guinn: Guinn worked on welding the pipe for the LCRS system. Guinn welded the T and 214ft of pipe in the north and south V channel on the eastern end of the cell floor. Guinn has the water truck all over the site, performing dust control. Guinn placed coarse gravel in a burrito wrap around the welded LCRS collection pipe in the western V channel on the southern end. GSE: GSE made repairs to the panels placed on the slope below the 2nd bench. GSE deployed geocomposite off of the 2nd bench down to the LCRS V on the cell floor eastern edge channel per plans. A total of 24 panels were deployed with approximately 39,795ft. All panels were tied but not sewn yet due to GSE does not have a sewing machine on site. GSE placed GCL and Geomembrane from the 3rd bench down to the 2nd bench. GSE deployed a total of 22 panels of GCL with approximately 24,352ft2. GSE deployed a total of 11 panels of geomembrane with approximately 23,798ft 2. Wednesday July 7, 1999 Guinn: Guinn placed and wrapped geotextile around plywood on the southwestern edge of the geomembrane. Guinn welded the pipe cross section onto the western end of the LCRS collection pipe. Guinn constructed a ramp to deploy GDM onto the cell floor. Guinn has the water truck performing dust control. GSE: GSE made repairs to the panels placed on the slope below the 3rd bench on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane from the top deck down to the P bench. GSE deployed a total of 36 panels of GCL with approximately 28,352ft2. GSE deployed a total of 15 panels of geomembrane with approximately 19987ft2. Thursday July 8, 1999 Guinn: Guinn made repairs to the subgrade material on the eastern slope for GSE. Guinn started to import and place the GDM. Guinn is utilized the D411 Cat to spread the material and a laborer full time to watch for wrinkles in the geomembrane. Guinn had laborers cleaning loose material off of the geomembrane. Guinn placed part of the burrito in the LCRS V channel to the north of the sump. Guinn constructed a test pad utilizing the D5M. CQA inspected for damage and approval was given to utilize the 135M on F of material on the cell floor.
