Page No.2 2- Thursday Thursday July 8, 1999 GSE: GSE made repairs to the panels placed on the slope below the top deck on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed geocomposite from the top deck down to the 2nd bench. GSE received sewing machines today and started seaming the GDN from the top deck down to the cell floor. GSE deployed 20 panels of geocomposite with approximately 46,980ft. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane from the 3'd bench down the slope between the Ashpit and eastern slope. GSE deployed a total of 19 panels of GCL with approximately 15732ft2. GSE deployed a total of 12 panels of geomembrane with approximately 16,007ft2 . The ambient temperature,on the geomembrane was over 100 at 3p.m. (Per Specifications)GSE halted deployment. Friday July 9, 1999 Guinn continued the import and place the GDM pea Gravel. Guinn is utilizing the D4H and the 135M Cat Dozers to spread the GDM onto the geomembrane F minimum thickness: Guinn has a laborer watching for wrinkles in the geomembrane, Guinn cleaned loose material off of the geotextile tie in to last years cell: Guinn placed geotextile then operations layer material over the GDM once the minimum thickness was verified by CQA. Guinn ut li7..ed the scraper to haul the operations material to the western edge the cell floor. Guinn then utilized the D5M to spread the protective layer material onto the geotextile_ GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the southern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed a total of 12 panels of GCL with approximately 16,706.5ft2. GSE deployed a Natal of 8 panels of geomembrane with approximately 17,633ft2. GSE had 2 technicians sewing the geocomposite on the eastern slope until the machines broke down. GSE shut down.operations-Micn the temperature rose above the specified limits. Saturday July 10, 1999 GSE deployed GCL and HDT geomembrane on the southern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed a total of 20 panels of GCL with approximately 21,992f12. USE deployed a total of 11 panels of geomembrane with approximately 24,376ft. GSE deployed geocomposite on the eastern slope below the 2d bench on the southern end GSE deployed a total of 11 panels totaling approximately 20,895 Be.
