7-12-99 Weeldy Field Report Job No. 986011.0: WM No.10 VECTOR ENGINEERING, INC. page No. 2/2— Wednesday /ZWednesday July 14, 1999 GSE: GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the top of the Ashpit and on the eastern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed 23 panels of GCL withap roximately 25,344fl and 5 panels of HDT geomembrane on the top of the Ashpit with a total of 10,672 GSE deployed 10 panels of HST geomembrane on the eastern slope of the Ashpit with approximately 16,428ft2. Thursday July 15, 1999 Guinn: The tank for the sump arrived on site. Guinn continued to import and grade the GDM utilizing the 134H and the D5M Guinn continues to place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn utilized the grader to partially backfill the eastern slope anchor trench_Guinn compacted the damaged subgrade on the northwest comer of the Ashpit utilized by GSE for access. GSE: GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the eastern slope of the Ashpit and between the Ashpit and the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed 13 panels of GCL with approximately 9,7671 and 6 panels of HST geomembrane with a total of 8,6241. Friday July 16, 1999 Guinn:Guinn continued to import and grade the GDM utilizing the 134H and the DSM. Guinn continues to place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn placed the drainage burrito in the LCRS running East to West. Guinn placed material that had been rejected due to the amount of fines was out of specifications for the project. While getting a bucket full of the rejected material the loader also picked up some muddy rock. CQA informede meadows that even though Guinn hed down the stockpile with the water truck prior approval testing of the material before Guinn could place it. GSE:GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the northern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed 34 panels of GCL with approximately 44,1401 and 18 panels of HST geomembrane with a total of 43,53812. Saturday July 17, 1999 GSE:GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane between the Ashpit and the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99.
