Guinn utilized the grader,water truck and the 966 loader to blade,moisture condition the subgrade <br /> material into the anchor trench on the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. Guinn had the water truck moisture <br /> condition the operations material at the stockpile. Guinn damaged some of the ADS pipe and will replace <br /> with new material. <br /> GSE: GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane between the Eastern slope of cell WMU D-99 and the Ashpit <br /> and on the southern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed 26 panels of GCL with approximately <br /> 19,098ft2 and 14 panels of HST geomembrane with a total of 19,103ft2. <br /> Tuesday July 20, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to import and grade the GDM utilizing the 13411 and the D5M. Guinn continues to <br /> place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn placed coarse aggregate and <br /> geotextile to form the drainage burrito over the 6"LCRS pipe running from east to west. Guinn pumped out <br /> the standing water and swept the sump area. Guinn then placed the geotextile pad down and lifted the tank <br /> into place. <br /> GSE: GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the southern slope of cell WMU D-99. GSE deployed 19 <br /> panels of GCL with approximately 16,303.5ft2 and 12 panels of HST geomembrane with a total of 17,459ft2. <br /> GSE deployed geocomposite between the Ashpit and the eastern slope of cell WMU D-99. A total of 15 <br /> panels were placed with approximately 11,069.5ft2. <br /> Wednesday July 21, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to grade the GDM utilizing the 13411 and the D5M. Guinn shoveled GDM off of <br /> some small wrinkles to relieve tension and let the material stress free. Guinn continues to place geotextile <br /> and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn placed coarse aggregate and geotextile to form <br /> the drainage burrito over the 6"LCRS pipe running from east to west. Guinn drilled the hole for the 6" pipe <br /> to enter the sump tank and placed the pipe 1' inside of the tank wall.
