Page No.212- Wednesday 2Wednesday July 21, 1999 GSE: GSE deployed geocomposite from the northern slope of the Ashpit down over the southern slope of cell WMU D-99 down to the cell floor. A total of 42panels were placed with approximately 59,287.5ft2. Thursday July 22, 1999 Guinn: Guinn continues to place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn placed a 3' extension onto the 6"LCRS pipe running from the west towards the east so the pipe would lay in the bottom of the V ditch on the eastern edge of the cell. Guinn reconnected the 6"LCRS pipe tying into cell WMU D-98 in the eastern V channel. Guinn excavated and back-filled the anchor trench across the southern roadway. Guinn excavated the anchor trench on the southem bench in the southwest corner of cell WMU D- 99. GSE: GSE completed deployment of the geocomposite from the southern slope of cell WMU D-99 down to the cell floor. A total of 11 panels were placed with approximately 7.592.5fl. GSE cleaned up the site of garbage. GSE pulled back and placed the liner in anchor trenches as Guinn excavated them. GSE left the site today. Friday July 23, 1999 Guinn: Guinn continues to place geotextile and operation layer material over the approved GDM. Guinn back-filled and compacted the anchor trench on the southern bench in the southwest corner of cell WMU D- 99. Guinn placedgeotextile around the sump tank and compactedoperations layer material over the sump area.
