Page No. 2l 2- <br /> Friday August 6, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to excavate and stockpile the leachate pond material. Guinn is stockpiling the <br /> excavated material just north of the leachate pond. Guinn is utilizing the 623,D5 Cat dozer and the 140G <br /> grader to excavate and grade the pond area. Guinn is cutting the I%flow towards the sump. Guinn <br /> completed the placement of the protective cover on the cell floor. The water truck continues to moisture <br /> condition the haul roads and all work areas. Guinn placed earthfill material along the eastern slope <br /> termination point to construct the berm.
