Guinn continued to excavate and grade the leachate impoundment pond floor and slopes. Guinn <br /> utilized the 623 scraper to haul the material just to the north of the pond for future use as fill for cover on the <br /> liner. Guinn utilized the 140G grader to cut slopes and grade the 1%of flow towards the sump. <br /> Tuesday August 10, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to excavate and grade the leachate impoundment pond floor and slopes. Guinn <br /> utilized the excavator to cut the north west comer slope and the sump per plans. Guinn utilized the 140G <br /> grader to finish grade the pond floor to 1%of flow towards the sump. Guinn smooth drum rolled the floor. <br /> Guinn completed grading and track walking of the south slope Ashpit vegetative cover. The water truck <br /> continues to moisture condition the material for fill and all of the haul roads. Guinn rough graded the cell <br /> floor for the surveyors who are to be on site tomorrow in the a.m. <br /> Wednesday August 11,1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to excavate and grade the leachate impoundment pond floor and slopes. Guinn <br /> brought in 3 laborers to work on the pond slopes. Guinn excavated the trench for the lysimeter tubing. Guinn <br /> placed and covered the plywood underlined by geotextiie on the top deck west end,the berm on the south <br /> top and northern slope of the Ashpit. Guinn started to place the termination berm material on the northwest <br /> slope of the Ashpit. Dewalt did topo shoots on the Ieachate impoundment pond and the operation layer <br /> material. Dewalt also shoot the liner termination points. <br /> Thursday August 12, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn completed excavation of the leachate impoundment anchor trench except where access is <br /> necessary. Guinn continues to place earthfill to construct the berm on the western edge of the Ashpit,the <br /> operations layer top of the Ashpit and around the sump tank. Guinn graded the cell floor. Guinn cleaned up <br /> wooded debris and geotextile roll cores from around the site. Guinn excavated around the sump tank in cell <br /> WMU D-98.
