Guinn welded the drop inlet for the leachate collection system and the 12"riser pipe for the sump <br /> in the leachate impoundment pond. Guinn continued to construct the bench berms and the western berm. <br /> GSE: GSE deployed GCL and the secondary liner system in the leachate impoundment pond. GSE deployed <br /> a total of 26 panels GCL totaling approximately 9,958ft. GSE deployed a total of 16 panels of 60 mil <br /> smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 9,558 112. All Panels were welded and airtested. <br /> Tuesday August 17, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn continued to construct the bench berms and the western berm. Guinn finish graded the top <br /> deck of the Ashpit. Guinn constructed the northwestern berm of the Ashpit. <br /> GSE deployed GCL and secondary liner system in the leachate impoundment pond. GSE lined the sump area <br /> today. GSE deployed a total of 33 panels GCL totaling approximately 34,891ft. GSE deployed a total of 12 <br /> panels of 60 mil smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 34,839ft2. GSE performed repairs,vacuum <br /> tested and airtested all seams. <br /> Wednesday August 18, 1999 <br /> Guinn: Guinn completed construction of the bench berms on the eastern slope of the sump in cell WMU D- <br /> 99. Guinn placed the first lift of earthfill in the anchor trench around the Leachate impoundment pond in <br /> areas approved by CQA. Guinn utilized the excavator to compact the slope below the south roadway. Guinn <br /> started to push the material for the termination berm on the southern slope. <br /> GSE deployed GCL and secondary liner system in the leachate impoundment pond. GSE lined the sump area <br /> today. GSE deployed a total of 25 panels GCL totaling approximately 10,221fl. GSE deployed a total of 9 <br /> panels of 60 mil smooth geomembrane totaling approximately 13,248ft2.
