Vector will contact GSE to determine when geosynthetics will arrive on site and will <br /> contact Butch. <br /> ➢ Guinn will add excavation of the anchor trenches to their progress schedule. <br /> 1. Comments from previous meeting: <br /> A. On finish subgrade: Guinn will survey final subgrade prepared by Forward. If <br /> the surveying shows areas that need additional work, they will be discussed <br /> and it will be determined whether Forward or Guinn does the work. <br /> B. Leachate impoundment: Forward is still waiting to hear from DTSC. Guinn <br /> will be notified and until that time it should be left alone. <br /> C. Bridge: Butch said that approval for taking soil samples has been given. The <br /> soil results should be ready in two weeks. The Planning Commission may <br /> approve the bridge by the end of July. <br /> D. Tim Guinn will check to see that Guinn completed Allied's health and safety <br /> declaration. <br /> 2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br /> A. Forward has been placing subgrade on ash pit and eastern slopes. <br /> B. I Guinn will bring in a surveyor to stake control on bottom and road on <br /> backside. At the same time, they will "as-built" the ash pit and eastern slopes. <br /> C. Guinn is excavating cell D-99 and it should be complete by the first of next <br /> week. <br /> D. Guinn dug and found the leachate line along the western side of the <br /> construction area. It will be cut and capped. <br /> 3. Projected schedule: <br /> A. Guinn will prepare final subgrade and excavate the trenches for the collection <br /> lines by the first of next week. <br /> B. Clay mixing will start next Tuesday. <br /> C. The ramp on the western side of D-99 may not be complete by next week but <br /> it will not impact the schedule. <br /> D. Survey of subgrade preparation will be done and back to Vector for review in <br /> about 2 — 3 weeks from today. <br /> E. It should take two days to mix the Narco clay with the on-site soils. <br /> F.
