7. Review submittal schedules: 10 <br /> A. Vector handed out a submittal register and all parties reviewed the required <br /> submittals. <br /> B. For progress payments, Butch will check on internal review periods for Allied. <br /> Guinn will review progress payments with Ben and send to Scott. Scott will <br /> review and send the progress payment to Allied (Kevin Basso) for processing. <br /> Butch will let Scott know the submittal schedule date and Scott will contact <br /> Guinn. <br /> C. Scott will send a copy of the submittal register to GSE. <br /> D. Forward will place the geosynthetics just north of the leachate impoundment. <br /> E. Three copies of all submittals should be sent to Scott for approval. <br /> 8. Review of off-site manufacturing and delivery schedules: <br /> A. Scott will contact GSE with start date and let Butch know when material will <br /> be received. He needs to rent a forklift. <br /> B. Narco clay is on-site. <br /> C. Samples of gravel failed and need to be resubmitted. <br /> D. Butch can work with GSE to stockpile geosynthetics where they need to <br /> deploy it. <br /> i <br /> 9. Access issues: <br /> No issues. <br /> 10. Health and safety issues: <br /> A. Forward ran clean water through the leachate line along the west side of the <br /> cell prior to Guinn cutting and capping it. <br /> B. Guinn will hold weekly tailgate safety meetings. Minutes of these meetings <br /> will be provided to Forward. <br /> 11. Other items: <br /> A. Guinn will cut the anchor trenches for the geosynthetics.
