F. GSE will start lining sometime after the 15"' of June. They will contact Scott <br /> as to the actual start date. <br /> G. For progress payments, Scott will contact Bonnie with Guinn. Duane will <br /> need to fill out Exhibit#2 from the Agreement. <br /> 2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br /> A. Guinn added the road south of ash pit and anchor trenches to the <br /> construction schedule <br /> B. Clay mixing started today and should be completed tomorrow. <br /> C. The aggregate base on the bench around the first bench will be removed <br /> today or tomorrow. <br /> D. The south side of the ash pit has been completed by Forward. <br /> E. Surveyors are on-site today. They will shoot the laser points on the bottom of <br /> the cell and prepare an as-built of the ash pit. The surveyors can shoot the <br /> slopes above the cell tomorrow. Forward is smooth-rolling that slope today. <br /> The surveyors will shoot the liner termination also. The surveyors will stake <br /> the access road on the south side of the ash pit. <br /> F. Guinn is continuing excavation in the cell floor. <br /> G. The leachate pipe is cut and capped to the west of the cell. <br /> 3. Projected schedule: <br /> A. The bottom of cell laser points will be complete by the end of the week. <br /> B. Guinn may work next Saturday. <br /> C. New gravel samples are being submitted for testing by Vector. <br /> D. The load on the south side of the ash pit will be constructed after it is staked <br /> by the surveyors. <br /> E. Guinn should be ready for clay placement in two weeks. <br /> 4. Coordination of schedules: <br /> A. All items are going according to schedule <br /> B. GSE has been notified as to when the ash pit and sideslopes will be ready for <br /> liner(June 15) and when the cell will be ready (June 28). GSE will contact <br /> Scott as to the actual start date. <br /> C. GSE has been contacted and is shipping samples of geosynthetics to <br /> Vector's lab for direct shear testing. <br /> 5. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: <br /> A. On the drainage pipe, Guinn is suggesting using corrugated ADS instead of <br /> solid HDPE pipe.
