2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br /> A. WMU D-99 is lined except for the south slope. <br /> B. Guinn has begun to place LCRS drainage material over the floor of the D-99 <br /> cell. <br /> C. The geotextile filter has also been placed over a portion of the drainage <br /> material. <br /> D. GSE is currently lining the ash pit. <br /> E. The LCRS collection pipes have been installed. <br /> F. All of the geosynthetics have been logged in and delivered to the site. <br /> G. The vents on the slopes were welded by GSE. <br /> H. Geocomposite has been placed on the eastern slopes. <br /> 3. Projected schedule: <br /> A. The leachate tank should be delivered by this Thursday. <br /> B. Guinn provided copies of the project schedule. <br /> C. GSE should be complete by next Monday. <br /> D. Guinn should be able to grade and complete the impoundment within two <br /> weeks. <br /> E. Butch will coordinate with Environmental Health so that they will be here for <br /> the well abandonment. <br /> F. Guinn can begin excavating the impoundment. <br /> G. Vector will conduct the CQA on the well abandonment and prepare the final <br /> report. <br /> 4. Coordination of schedules: <br /> A. GSE will remobilize to Forward after the pond is excavated and final grading <br /> is complete. <br /> B. Vector will have Precision conduct the conformance testing on the smooth <br /> HDPE for the pond. <br /> C. GSE has one more roll to deliver for the smooth HDPE. They will try to get it <br /> out of the same batch so an additional conformance test does not need to be <br /> conducted. <br /> D. After the pond is complete, how is leachate going to be delivered to the pond? <br /> Should the leachate line be extended and what is the alignment? Scott will <br /> contact Sangeeta and Pete, Mike, or Kurt Fujii to get a determination. Guinn <br /> can do the installation. <br /> E.
