1. Comments from previous meeting: <br /> A. The additional roll of HDPE for the impoundment has not arrived on-site. <br /> Scott will call Dale Geary with GSE to determine the status. <br /> B. Kleinfelder abandoned the monitoring well in the impoundment. A <br /> representative of Environmental Health was on-site to observe the <br /> abandonment. <br /> 2. Review of work progress since previous meeting: <br /> A. The majority of the drainage material has been placed. Guinn is short about <br /> 355 tons of gravel. Guinn has worked out a credit with Granite for the <br /> contaminated gravel. It should be delivered this week. <br /> B. The ash pit has been completed. <br /> C. Most of the operations layer has been placed. <br /> D. The LCRS tank was delivered and placed. It still needs to be compacted. <br /> E. The monitoring well was abandoned in the impoundment. <br /> F. GSE completed all portions of the site to be lined (except the impoundment) <br /> and demobilized from the site. <br /> G. The burrito wrap along the south side of the ash pit has been completed. <br /> 3. Projected schedule: <br /> A. Gravel/LCRS will be completed this week. <br /> B. We need five rolls of geotextile filter layer prior to being able to finish the <br /> operations layer. After the textile arrives, the operations layer can be placed <br /> within one day. <br /> C. Guinn will begin excavation of the impoundment today. Guinn will be ready for <br /> GSE to place liner in the impoundment by the 9th of August. Scott will contact <br /> GSE so that they are ready to line on the ninth. <br /> 4. Coordination of schedules: <br /> A. Vector will contact GSE on lining the impoundment and the delivery of <br /> material. <br /> B. Forward will construct the leachate line to deliver leachate to the new pond. <br /> C. Vector will review conformance data on the impoundment liner with Precision. <br /> 5. Field observations, problems, conflicts, and changes: <br /> A.
