B. The plans call for a 4-foot perimeter berm around the tank. Guinn would like <br /> to taper the berm at a lower height to reduce the chance of tank collapse. <br /> That is acceptable to Vector. a <br /> C. The excavation material from the impoundment has some vegetation in it. <br /> This material can be used on the slopes of the ash pit as vegetative cover but <br /> not on the benches and road. <br /> D. Guinn needs to grub the top vegetation layer out of the impoundment prior to <br /> excavation. <br /> E. Guinn asked if there are any other options in the impoundment instead of the <br /> tire detail on sheet 15. Scott will talk to Sangeeta regarding other options <br /> 6. Problems which impede the construction schedule and corrective measures: <br /> A. Five rolls of geotextile need to be delivered prior to Guinn being able to finish <br /> placing operations layer on the floor of D-99. <br /> 7. Review submittal schedules: <br /> A.
