Allied:2- 300E Cat Rock Tnac 325 Cat Excavator,D8 D4 14OG Grader, Smooth Drum Roller. NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew: 7 total Allied Crew: 6 total Dewalt Crew:Not on site Guinn had a 623 Cat Paddle wheel arrive on site today. Guinn Construction continued to have 2 laborers and an excavator exposing the liner tie in on the south side of cell WMU D-98. Guinn continued to work on preparing the mixing pad for the clay and on site mixture stockpile. Guinn utilized the 623 and 633 paddle wheels to remove the spoils from the cell floor. Guinn hauled the excavated material to the Allied stockpile northwest of the cell. The grader is working on leveling the low areas defined by laser checks in the mixing d area. Guinn is cutting the old haul roadway from off of cell floor and haulinge material to the stockpile area to the northwest of cell WMU D-99. Allied Waste is working on subgrade preparation on eastern slope of cell D-99. Allied had 2 rock trucks hauling material from the stockpile at WMU B to the eastern slope where the D4 and the D8 are spreading n. lied utilized the smooth for compaction. Al D Ozer is track o the material in thin even lifts The 8 d g Pa drum roller to compact the slope below the second bench on the eastern slope by backing it down the slope. CQA- Observed excavation of the liner tie in, Continued construction of the mixing pad area. CQA informed Allied that they needed to moisture condition the bottom lift prior to placing the subsequent lift of subgrade material. CQA explained to Guinn that a minimum of 2' for over lap of the torn geotextile at the cell WMU D-99 tie in was needed CQA asked Guinn for a construction schedule.
