Guinn wrapped the plywood with <br /> geotextile(per plans). Guinn welded the pipe cross section onto the western end of the LCRS collection <br /> pipe. Guinn placed clay earthfill to construct a ramp for the rock trucks to dump their loads on the <br /> southwestern edge of cell WMU D-99. Guinn has the water truck moisture conditioning the eastern slope <br /> where some repair is needed. Guinn will repair the subgrade on the eastern slope <br /> GSE made repairs to the panels placed on the slope below the 3rd bench on the eastern slope of cell WMU D <br /> 99. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane from the top deck down to the 3rd bench._GSE deployed a total of- <br /> e <br /> 36 panels of GCL with approximately 28,352f 2. GSE deployed a total of 15 panels of geomembrane with <br /> approximately 19987f12. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA observed some repairs to be made too the geomembrane above the 3rd bench. <br /> CQA observed and logged repairs made. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made.
