GSE: 544E John Deere Loader Gradall. <br /> NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solations): <br /> Guinn Crew: 6 total GSE Crew: 18 total <br /> Guinn continued the import and place the GDM pea Gravel. Guinn is utilizing the D4I1 and the D5M Cat <br /> Dozers to spread the material onto the geomembrane 1' minimum thickness. Guinn has a laborer watching <br /> for wrinklesu the geomembrane. Guinn had laborers cleaning loose material off of the geotextile tie in to <br /> last years cell. Guinn placed geotextile then operations layer material over the GDM once the minimum <br /> thickness was verified by CQA. Guinn utilized the scraper to haul the operations material to just west of the <br /> cell floor. The water truck moisture conditioned the material then the loader built a ramp over the collection <br /> pipe. Guinn then utilized the D5M to spread the cover material onto the filter geotextile placed over the <br /> GDM on the cell floors southern west edge. <br /> GSE deployed GCL acid geomembrane on the southern slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed a total of 12 <br /> panels of GCL with approximately 16,706.5fe. GSE deployed a total of 8 panels of geomembrane with <br /> approximately 17,633ft2. GSE had 2 technicians sewing the geocomposite on the eastern slope until the <br /> machines broke down. GSE shut down operations when the temperature rose above the specified limits. <br /> Vector Engineering,Inc. CQA observed placement of GDM,geotextile and the operations layer material. <br /> CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs,seaming,overlap and air testing made to the <br /> geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 2 destructive samples with all tests <br /> meeting the required specifications.
