GSE deployed geocomposite on the eastern slope below the 2d bench on the <br /> southern end. GSE deployed a total of 11 panels totaling approximately 18,805.5 W. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs,seaming,overlap and <br /> air testing made to the geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 3 destructive <br /> samples with all tests meeting the required specifications.
