NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew: 4 total GSE Crew: 17 total Guinn continued the import and placement of the GDM pea Gravel from Granite. Guinn is utilizing the D411 and the D5M Cat Dozers to spread the material onto the geomembrane 1' minimum thickness. Guinn has a laborer watching for wrinkles in the geomembrane. Guinn's import material was found to have a major amount of fines. CQA pulled a sample for sieve analysis testing. Guinn was informed that the material looked questionable as far as meeting the requirements for the project and if the material was placed that it was at Guinns own risk until the sieve was completed for verification. Guinn will stockpile the material to the north of cell floor until the sieve was to be completed. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the top of the Asit. GSE deployed a total of 36 panels of GCL with approximately 15,788.5fe. GSE deployed a total of 5 panels of HDT geomembrane with approximately 17,2591. GSE had 3 technicians wedge welding the geocomposite on the eastern slope. GSE shut down operations when the temperature rose above the specified limits for panel deployment. GSE deployed geocomposite until the heat was unbearable. GSE placed 6 panels of composite with approximately 6,183ft2 on the eastern slope. Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed placement and grading of GDM. CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment,repairs, seaming,overlap and air testing made to the geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made.
