NOTES(Describe work completed during the day,any problems and their solutions): Guinn Crew: 4 total GSE Crew: 16 total Guinn continued to grade the imported GDM pea Gravel on the cell floor. Guinn is utilizing the D4H to grade the GDM. Guinn has a laborer watching for wrinkles in the geomembrane as the D4 spreads the GDM material. The D5M Cat Dozer is spreading operations material onto the approved GDM and geotextile on the north side of the sump at the western edge of the cell floor. Guinn is utilizing a 623 paddle wheel to haul the operations material down to the cell floor. Guinn utilized the material from the stockpile to the northwest of the cell for the operations layer material. The operations material is being placed F minimum thickness as it is being spread onto the geotextile. GSE deployed GCL and geomembrane on the top of the Ashpit. GSE deployed a total of 6 panel of GCL with approximately 7,695fe. GSE deployed 1 panel of geomembrane with approximately 4,312fe. GSE deployed double sided geocomposite on the top and on the south slope of the Ashpit. GSE deployed a total of 22 panels with approximately 41,809.5f12. GSE deployed single sided composite on the eastern slope. A total of 10 panels with approximately 5,737ft2 were deployed. GSE had 3 technicians wedge welding the geocomposite on the eastern slope. GSE shut down operations when the temperature rose above the specified limits for panel deployment. Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA observed placement of GDM, geotextile and the operations layer material. CQA observed GCL and geomembrane deployment, repairs, seaming,overlap and air testing made to the geomembrane. Observed vacuum testing of repairs made. CQA pulled 1 destructive sample with passing results. CQA marked repairs on the geocomposite.
