— Field Inspector(s) — Site Engineer(s) — Geotechnical Technician(s) — Labor Crews — Equipment Operators — Surveyors — Mechanics Construction Schedule The start of partial closure construction activities for the FL partial closure and maintenance areas will commence once refuse fill elevations in that area are achieved. Table 2 presents the anticipated closure construction period for the 187.6 -acre closure area. Closure construction activities will include the following tasks: • Equipment Mobilization • Signage • Site Exploration and Survey • Structure Removal/Demolition (last phase only) • Excavation of Final Cover Soil (foundation and vegetative layers only) • Final Cover Placement (including geomembrane) • Landfill Gas System Modifications • Permanent Drainage Control Feature Installation • Drainage Control Systems Modifications • Seed and Mulch Installation • Demobilization Some of these activities will be conducted concurrently. Construction Management A construction management team will be on-site during the entire period of closure construction. The team will be under the direction of a Construction Manager, who will supervise construction of the various features included in the closure plan. The Construction Manager will coordinate the activities of the on-site contractor(s) and will provide liaison among Allied staff, the design engineers and the contractors. Other key staff may include a Site Engineer and Construction Inspector(s). A survey crew and a geotechnical CQA crew will be present, as required. Survey Control The survey control crew, under the direction of Allied, will be responsible for the surveyed location of the closure plan improvements and for record drawing information.
