Job Title: Operations Manager Name of Person Filling Job: Butch Stefani Job Description: The Operations Manager is responsible for overall day-to- day operation of Forward Landfill. With regard to ACW management, the Operations Manager is responsible for implementing all company plans and procedures for proper ACW management. The Operations Manager supervises and directs all other site personnel in performing their individual duties and fulfilling their individual responsibilities under the plans and procedures. The Operations Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all other site personnel receive the required training in ACW management. Training: The Operations Manager's training in ACW management consists of regular updates on revisions to regulatory requirements and participation in reviews of internal procedures and policies. The updates come from industry organizations (e.g., CRRC), lobbyists retained by Forward to monitor regulatory activities, technical consultants, and in-house technical staff. As this training is informal, but constant, there are no written records documenting it. Job Title: Foreman Name of Person Filling Job: Reuben Ramirez Job Description: The Foreman assists the Operations Manager in supervising overall day-to-day operation of Forward Landfill. In addition, the Foreman is the responsible manager on-site whenever the Operations Manager is not on- site. Thus, the Foreman's responsibilities with regard to ACW are roughly identical to the Operations Manager's.
