2.2 HOURS OF OPERATION <br /> The RRF is not open to the <br /> public. The RRF will eperatecurrent operating hours are dependent upon the <br /> combined quantity of waste accepted at both the RRF and Forward Landfill. <br /> When the combined tonnage reaches 4,180 tons the RRF closes. However, <br /> upon issuance of the revised SWFP for which this TPR supports, the hours of <br /> operation for the RRF will be between the hours of 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday <br /> through Saturday. During the week, the RRF will accepti5 materials up until 5:00 <br /> pm in order to process, clean up, or both, before 6:00 pm. if .,,,e,,,.,.ary, °"e <br /> The site is closed on Sundays and two holidays per year (New Year's Day and <br /> Christmas). The business hours for the company office (in Stockton) are from <br /> 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. in aeeeFdanee with 14 CCR, <br /> Seetien 17418.2 a site attendant is preseRt during all pLiblie eperating heHrs. <br /> 2.3 FACILITY DESIGN <br /> The following sections provide a description of the RRF design and design <br /> calculations in accordance with 14 CCR, Section 18221.6(g). <br /> 2.3.1 DESIGN PLANS <br /> The existing conditions plan, legal property limits, and topography are shown on <br /> Figure 7. Based on the proposed landfill design, with the exception for some <br /> setbacks, internal roads, the South Fork easement, and County of San Joaquin right <br /> of way for Austin Road, virtually the entire landfill property will be developed for <br /> waste disposal (including the area now occupied by the RRF). The easement and <br /> right of way are shown on Figure 7. A detailed site plan, including the unloading, <br /> compaction, processing, and loading areas, is shown on Figure 8. The RRF <br /> consists of one 12,000 square-foot, 3-sided metal building. The floor plan and <br /> equipment layouts are shown on Figure 9. <br /> 2.3.2 DESIGN CALCULATIONS <br /> The RRF was designed in accordance with accepted engineering practices for <br /> this type of waste handling facility.
