3.0 OPERATIONS PLAN <br /> 3.1 OPERATIONS <br /> 3.1.1 SUPERVISION AND PERSONNEL <br /> The operator maintains adequate numbers of qualified personnel to ensure the <br /> proper operation of the station. All employees are placed on a 6 month review <br /> period ("probation") at hire. The on site RRF personnel (including employees <br /> currently under review) consist of: <br /> • 1 Operations Manager <br /> • 1 Wood Grinder Lead Person <br /> • 1 Loader Operator <br /> • 1 Secretary/Office Trailer Attendant <br /> • Temporaries as needed <br /> The Forward corporate resume is presented in Appendix A. <br /> Not all staff may be present on any one day due to holidays, illness, vacation, <br /> etc. Additional staff may be utilized as site conditions warrant to operate the <br /> facility in compliance with applicable waste handling regulations. <br /> 3.1.1.1 TRAINING <br /> Station personnel attend regularly scheduled training meetings. In accordance <br /> with 14 CCR, Section 17410.3, these training meetings emphasize proper station <br /> operation and maintenance, hazardous waste recognition and screening, <br /> environmental and nuisance controls, use of equipment, safety procedures, and <br /> emergency situation procedures. <br /> Staff training generally concentrates on on-the-job training under the supervision of <br /> someone experienced in the various aspects of the skills being taught. Potential <br /> hazards and safety procedures are stressed.
