The geonet component of the <br /> geocomposite were fastened together with plastic tyes and the geotextile was sewn. CQA monitored the <br /> installation of the geocomposite. GSE conducted general clean-up of the area. GSE left the site at S <br /> approximately 1:30 pm. <br /> Sukut construction was placing aggregate base on the access road located southeast of the cell. Began <br /> removing the visqueen from the floor of the cell. No work was done by Sukut within the WMU FU-03 limits <br /> today. <br /> CQA walked the floor of the cell to observe the condition of the clay following the previous rains. The clay <br /> had been covered with visqueen,but areas were observed to be wet.
