Sukut Construction continued <br /> placing fill on the access road from the scale house west toward the FU-03 refuse cell, using the scraper to <br /> haul native stockpiled material. The 16G blade cut and shaped the north slope of the refuse cell over the <br /> existing refuse from north to south. One D6 cut the west and north slopes of the desalting pond as the other <br /> continued on the west and south slopes of the FU-03 cell. <br /> Two(2)nuclear moisture density tests were performed at random locations and elevations on the native <br /> fill along the access road.
