® 4.2 WEEKLY PROGRESS MEETINGS <br /> Progress Meetings should be held weekly. At a minimum, these meetings should be <br /> attended by Allied Waste(or designated representative), the Construction Manager, the <br /> CQA Officer and/or the CQA Monitor(s), and the Contractor. The purpose of these <br /> meetings is to: <br /> • Discuss any health and safety related issues. <br /> • Review scheduled work activities. <br /> • Review Contractor performance. <br /> • Discuss project related problems. <br /> • Discuss the Contractor's personnel and equipment assignments. <br /> • Review the previous week's activities and accomplishments. <br /> Weekly progress meetings shall be documented by the Construction Manager or his <br /> representative and minutes shall be distributed to all parties. <br /> ® 4.3 SPECIAL MEETINGS <br /> Special meetings will be conducted as required to discuss problems or deficiencies. At a <br /> minimum, these meetings will be attended by the Construction Manager, the CQA staff <br /> and the Contractor. If the correction of a problem requires a design modification, the <br /> Engineer and the Geotechnical CQA Consultant will also be present.
