Please explain how this is accomplished. <br /> Response: Section 6.4.6 under "Contaminated Soil" has been revised to identify <br /> stockpiling procedures for this type of alternative daily cover (ADC). <br /> Comment 23: The JTD, Page 6-13, Section 6.4.6.1, please explain in detail the <br /> types beneficial reuse materials, and how they meet 20686 (a) and <br /> (b). <br /> Response: Section 6.4.6.1 has been revised. <br /> Comment 24: The JTD, Page 6-13, Section 6.4.7, states, "beneficial reuse records <br /> shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of 27 CCR, <br /> Section 20686." Provide an estimate that range, in tons, of these <br /> materials that are anticipated to be used, based on waste types, <br /> applicable cover to waste volume ratios, applicable density <br /> conversion factors, and engineering specifications in accordance with <br /> 27 CCR Section 21600 (6) (b). <br /> Response: Allied maintains detailed records of total waste/materials received, <br /> including each type and volume of individual waste/beneficial reuse <br /> materials and the associated traffic volumes daily. The average and <br /> maximum needs of beneficial reuse materials are provided in Section <br /> 4.3.1. Appendix C-1 provides waste volumes, ratios, and applicable <br /> densities. <br /> Comment 25: The JTD, Page 6-14, Section 6.4.8.1, states that, "depending on the <br /> test results, the soils are either disposed in an appropriate WMU or <br /> removed from the site by the generator." How often has this <br /> occurred? Are records kept?
